“Many ask how I am doing… I am repairing well and gradually, but it
does take time, is all I can say…will persevere to hasten it,” the
69-year-old tweeted.
Amitabh, who was operated upon Feb 11 for abdominal issues and was
under observation at the SevenHills Hospital for 12 days, was discharged
Feb 23.
Despite being instructed to take proper rest, the megastar makes it a
point to greet his fans at his doorstep almost every Sunday morning.
“Gosh! Another Sunday? But we just had one the other day! Surprising
how time flies even when you do nothing…will attempt to meet the fans
and well wishers like all Sundays at the gate … if they come,” he
further posted.
