Johnny Depp Hit With Lawsuit After Bodyguards Tackled Disabled Woman at Concert

 An alleged incident involving Johnny Depp's bodyguards and a disabled woman at an Iggy Pop concert back in December 2011 has resulted in a lawsuit against the Hollywood actor. Claiming to have suffered "injuries to the extreme and outrageous humiliation" because of the incident, the woman identified as Jane Doe filed the suit in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Monday, April 16.

In the court documents, the woman dished that she attended the concert with her husband and was in her VIP seat when she was forcibly moved by Depp's bodyguards. She alleged that the guards were so rough in removing her from the VIP section that her shoes came off and her clothes became disheveled.

The woman, who claimed to be a medical professor at UC Irvine, went on to detail that the bodyguards also restrained her wrists and tried to rip her iPhone from her hands one finger at a time. The situation got worse when they handcuffed her and dragged her through the venue, causing her pants to fall off and "exposing her buttocks to the other Hollywood Palladium Theater patrons."

According to the woman, Depp was fully aware of what his security team was doing. In fact, she alleged that the Captain Jack Sparrow of the "Pirates of the Caribbean" film franchise was "supplying direct supervision and management of his security guards and directing their current and future actions."

Because of the scuffle, the woman claimed to have suffered severe injuries, including dislocated elbow, "cuts, bruising, scrapes, swelling, hyper-pigmentation and bleeding." She also said that the incident exacerbated her pre-existing condition. She allegedly has spondyloarthritis and fibromyalgia.

The woman is now seeking unspecified damages from Depp and the Hollywood Palladium for 12 causes of action, including negligence, assault, battery, false imprisonment, intentional infliction of emotional distress and discriminatory practices in public accommodations.

 Rihanna was having such a good time in Hawaii and she showed it in pictures. The Barbadian pop star shared photos of her island vacation including the ones where she was scantily clad in white bikini and when she was not wearing any top at all.

More than 150 pics were posted on her Facebook account on Monday, April 16 night, many of whom are of her and friends. The singer basked under the sun in so tiny a two piece that one of her nipples peeked out. In another photo, she flung off the bikini top while standing underneath a waterfall, covering the breasts with her right hand.

Last month, Rihanna admitted to Britain's Women's Fitness magazine that she likes to dress in sexy clothes. "The more I got naked, the more comfortable I felt," she said, adding "After a while, it was like, 'What's the worst that can happen?' I just started being a little more daring with it. It was just knowing my body ...is what it is under clothes or outside of clothes."

One Direction's Harry Styles Linked to Two More Older Women

 Two more older women are linked to One Direction's Harry Styles. The 18-year-old reportedly asked 32-year-old "The Bachelorette" star Jillian Harris to go on a date although she later politely turned him down. Rihanna is the second woman whom Styles was interested in hooking up.

According Us Magazine, the British heartthrob ran into Harris in Los Angeles on April 2. He asked for her number but she was not interested in younger men. "Jillian feels awful [that this has gotten out]," a source close to Harris said. "He's adorable, but eighteen is a bit too young for her." Harris herself, when asked by Us about Styles, said, "I was super flattered!"

Styles is also interested in another cougar, Rihanna. The songstress was quoted as saying "Harry, yeah. I watch their videos and I remember thinking, 'Wow, he's a star.' He seems very sure. It seems, like, it's so natural to him." Styles responded on the flattery, "That is absolutely incredible. I'd love to hook up."

One Direction and Rihanna reportedly stay in the same hotel during their stay in Sydney, Australia. "The boys have been desperately trying to find her. They've been trying to work out what room she's in from her Twitter pictures of her view," a source said.

Styles has been linked to older women after the report that he went on a relationship with 32-year-old U.K. TV personality, Caroline Flack.

Amanda Bynes Caught on Camera Texting While Driving a Week After DUI Arrest

 Despite having just been arrested on suspicion of drunk driving, Amanda Bynes might have not learned her lesson. On Thursday, April 12 night, the former Nickelodeon actress went out partying again and broke another law as she was photographed texting behind the wheels while trying to park her car outside a Los Angeles hotspot.

Seemingly too focused on the screen of her white iPhone, Bynes eventually backed over a curb in a red zone with her car. A photographer additionally spilled to PEOPLE that the 26-year-old starlet was "not even looking at the road." According to the photog, she even "went right through a stop sign." It should be noted that texting while driving is illegal in the state of California since 2009.

On Thursday night, Bynes was spotted hitting two hotspots, Chateau Marmont and Greystone Manor. Arriving at the latter venue before midnight, the "Easy A" actress was joined by a male friend. A witness told the publication, "She was behind the wheel of a black BMW. When Amanda saw the photographers, she tried to hide under her sweater as she entered the club. Amanda was in a good mood."

Bynes was arrested for DUI in West Hollywood on early Friday, April 6 morning. A statement from West Hollywood Sheriff's Department regarding her arrest detailed that the "Hairspray" actress collided with the right rear quarter panel of a police car when she tried to pass it. She was released without posting any bail later that day.

'The Voice' to Feature Instant Elimination in Next Two Performance Shows

 "The Voice" season 2 is entering its quarterfinal rounds with a twist. It has just been announced that starting Monday, April 16, there will be an instant elimination at the end of the performance show.

Blake Shelton and Christina Aguilera will be the first coaches who have to cut one of their remaining proteges each in the next episode of the singing competition. On Tuesday, April 17, each of them will send home another contestant to get their top 2 singers.

The same rule applies to Adam Levine and Cee-Lo Green who will have their proteges performing the next week. The contestants surviving this rounds will then advance to the semifinals.

In addition to the instant elimination, the upcoming Monday episode of "The Voice" will feature Adam and his band Maroon 5 performing "Pay Phone" to cater the audience. Blake and Christina, meanwhile, will team up with their respective teams on the stage.

'American Idol' Finalists on Jennifer Lopez's Divorce: She Handles Things Fine

 "American Idol" contestants have expressed their confidence that Jennifer Lopez will get through her divorce process with Marc Anthony well. Asked how the female judge reacts after the news broke out the same day she appeared on the FOX reality series, Skylar Laine replied, "I'm sure Jennifer is handling things fine. She's Jennifer Lopez, she can do what she wants!"

Echoing the country music beauty's statement, Colton Dixon claimed the "On the Floor" hitmaker didn't show any negative attitude despite the divorce filing. "I didn't know that," so the 20-year-old said. "Yikes. Jennifer is a superstar. I never would have known from her attitude that news [on her divorce] was released today. She's such a class act. We all love Jennifer. She's so genuine, she's a very independent woman and she knows how to handle herself that way."

'Sabrina the Teenage Witch' to Get Superhero-Style Big Screen Treatment

 Iconic 1960s comic series, "Sabrina the Teenage Witch", will get a big screen treatment once again. It was Deadline which broke the news that Sony Pictures is currently developing the live-action take on the popular Archie Comics' story.

According to the report, the upcoming "Sabrina" reboot is being revamped as a superhero-style movie. The film will be "an origin story in the vein of Spider-Man, about a young girl coming to terms with her remarkable powers."

The project has already tapped screenwriters Andrew Barrer and Gabriel Ferrari to provide the script. Serving as the producers are Don Murphy and Susan Montford, who also worked to produce "Real Steel". As for the helmer, Mark Waters is eyed to serve behind the lens, but his involvement in the project will depend on his schedule.

"Sabrina the Teenage Witch" has been adapted into animated TV series in 1969, 1971 and 1999. In the 1990s, the story was turned into a sitcom which starred Melissa Joan Hart as the titular young witch. A film adaptation based on the TV series was made in 1996.

As for the upcoming "Sabrina" film, which is said to be "edgier", the project has become a priority for Sony as the studio plans to move fast with the negotiations to find the lead actress.

Waited long to play my age on screen – Prachi Desai

 Prachi Desai, who started her career with popular television serial “Kasamh Se” and then graduated to the big screen with the movie “Rock On!!”, is happy playing her age in her forthcoming films.

Prachi will be seen in “Bol Bachchan”, starring Ajay Devgn and Abhishek Bachchan and “I Main Aur Main” that has John Abraham in the lead role. Both the films will release in June.

“It has been a long time that I waited to play my age on screen and be myself, play roles that are more like me. I guess ‘Bol Bachchan’ and ‘I Me Aur Main’ have given me that chance. This is the phase I am really enjoying,” she told reporters at the launch of a skin care product here Tuesday.

“I am in the experimenting phase. I am really liking the work I am doing now. It was something that I was waiting for. The kind of roles I play now were the ones I was looking forward to play,” the 23-year-old added.

“‘Once Uplon A Time In Mumbaai’ is a very, very special film for me. Apart from that, I would say that Milan Luthria is one of my favourite directors and Rajat Arora is one of my favourite writers. They are making a sequel to the film and I am very happy about it.

“I know for sure that it’s going to be a fantastic film. I am looking forward to it because the story is completely different, the cast is completely different and I believe it is going to be even better than the first one,” she said.

 Scarlett Johansson doesn't let herself bothered by recent report that her sexy image has been used to advertise a sex shop near the border of Mexico. In a statement she released to E! News, the Black Widow of "The Avengers" simply said, "I applaud TMZ's, once again, award winning investigative journalism for securing the knowledge of my legions of Mexican fans."

The 27-year-old actress has unwittingly become the new face of porn after a photo of herself in a black bra, unbuttoned white shirt and tiny shorts graced the business cards of VIP, a Spanish-speaking adult store that is located in Calexico, California. Surrounding her image were Spanish text of the products the store sells, which include "DVD & VHS" and "lubricantes".

When contacted by TMZ, the store manager seemingly had no idea that the ripping off of the image might lead to a problem. "What does it have to do with the business card? I don't know who Scarlett Johansson is," he said before explaining, "The owner ordered cards from a company and said we need something with a girl on the card and the company did it."
